About BreezyTrack
BreezyTrack exists because the tools available to 5+1 interns were either too expensive, not designed for AHPRA compliance, or both. We fixed that.
Taran Smith started his AHPRA 5+1 internship and immediately ran into the same wall every provisional psychologist hits: there was no tool that actually worked for compliance-grade logkeeping. Practice management suites like Cliniko and Halaxy are designed for billing and patient records — not for tallying supervision hours, tracking direct observations, and building a tamper-proof audit trail.
The default approach — a Google Sheet — works until you have a missed formula, a cell someone accidentally edited, or an AHPRA audit that asks for proof that your records haven’t been altered. At that point, a spreadsheet offers you nothing.
So Taran built BreezyTrack during his own internship. Every feature — the competency-area hour tracking, the supervisor sign-off workflow, the immutable audit trail, the one-click AHPRA export bundle — was designed to solve a specific compliance problem he encountered firsthand.
BreezyTrack is now used by provisional psychologists across Australia undertaking the 5+1 pathway. The goal is simple: make AHPRA compliance effortless so you can spend your time on what actually matters — becoming an excellent psychologist.
Every architectural decision starts with the question: 'Could this withstand an AHPRA audit?' Immutable records, cryptographic timestamps, and supervisor sign-off are baked in from day one — not bolted on as features.
Provisional psychologists earn below-award wages for up to two years. BreezyTrack is priced to be genuinely affordable — AU$15/month, not AU$69/month like generic practice management tools that were never designed for interns.
The supervisor relationship is the heartbeat of the 5+1 internship. BreezyTrack treats supervisors as first-class participants with their own review and sign-off tools — not as an afterthought.
From your first log entry to your final submission to AHPRA, BreezyTrack covers the full 5+1 pathway — plus tools to support the National Psychology Exam (NPE) so there's one less thing to manage.
Provisional psychologists on the AHPRA 5+1 internship pathway are the primary users. BreezyTrack covers the full pathway from first placement day through to AHPRA logbook submission.
Supervisors (principal and secondary) use BreezyTrack free. They get a dedicated review interface to view submitted entries, leave structured feedback, and digitally sign off on review periods — without needing their own subscription.
4+2 registrars and AOP candidates will find the structured log format and export tools useful, even though 4+2 and AOP workflows are not yet specifically templated.
